To request a ZL4KF QSL card online please fill out the details in the form below and send. I will check for the specified contact and reply by e-mail with a QSO confirmation in PDF format. Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed.
Please note: ZL4KF has no printed QSL cards, cannot reply by post, through a manager or bureau and is not on LoTW. Using this form is the only QSL option at present and may or may not be valid for any awards. It will simply be a confirmation that the contact took place and the unique ID number generated for this contact should be quoted in any documentation or inquiry.
